## what we are

a deep-tech product studio in Bilbao. we design, build, and ship software at the intersection of cryptography, self-sovereign identity, AI, and modern engineering. four products in parallel, all built to production quality from day one. when a product reaches scale it spins out and stands on its own.

**team.** two co-founders. decades of combined experience across blockchain, cryptography, self-sovereign identity, and AI. hundreds of production systems shipped at scale before founding the studio.

**not.** not a marketing company, a no-code platform, or a growth-hacking agency.
- we don't cut corners on cryptographic correctness
- we don't use buzzwords as product descriptions
- we don't take growth-stage shortcuts on foundational work
- we don't ship demos that wouldn't survive a production audit
- we don't promise what we haven't already built

## etymology

- *su* in Turkish: water. fluid, patient, foundational. finds every path. erodes every obstacle. precondition of life.
- *su* in Basque: fire. elemental. dangerous when uncontrolled. essential when harnessed.

two opposites held in one syllable. precision and fluidity. security and openness. technical depth and human purpose. the engine behind every product we ship.

## studio work

alongside our own products, we take on a small number of external engagements per year. three modes, one engagement at a time.

- **mode I · consulting** (2 — 6 weeks)
  cryptographic correctness review, SSI / VC system design, AI infrastructure audit. fixed scope, written deliverable.
- **mode II · engineering** (1 — 6 months)
  prototype to production. cryptographic primitives, on-prem RAG, identity wallets. scoped milestones, our engineers ship it.
- **mode III · embedded** (6+ months)
  fractional CTO, long-term technical partnership. architecture, hiring, ongoing review. one engagement at a time.
