A closed-circuit, on-premises AI that knows the firm's clients and the tax law by heart. Adimen ingests every document a firm holds to build a private per-client memory, ingests the tax law of the firm's jurisdiction to build a citable legal memory, and uses both to prepare filings — every field traceable to either a source document or a specific article of law.

problem Spanish tax layers a state baseline over autonomic and foral regimes. Generic LLMs hallucinate citations and miss the hierarchy. Manual research is slow. Firms cannot legally send client documents to a public model.

solution Two layers split along the natural seam. Adimen Corpus is a hosted, citation-grounded retrieval service over scraped tax law, exposed over MCP.
